He has approximately 18 years of experience in the operational activities of the integrated livestock industry and exposure in retail and export businesses.

He graduated from Victoria University of Melbourne, Australia in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Business. He began his career in 2002 as a Marketing Manager at Malindo Feedmill and was redesignated as its Operational Manager in 2008. He was promoted to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Malindo Feedmill in charge of marketing and overall administration. He was also appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of one of our Singapore subsidiaries in 2014. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of our Group's Singapore operations since 23 October 2014.

Currently, he also sits on the boards of various subsidiaries of LHI Group and several other private limited companies. He does not hold any other directorship in public companies and listed issuers in Malaysia.

Graduated with Master degree in Supply Chain Management from University of South Australia, Alfred brings with him 16 years of experience within the group. Alfred started off by joining the group operation - PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk in Indonesia in 2005 as Operation Manager in Surabaya and later as Group Procurement Manager, overseeing the procurement team in Indonesia. In 2017, he was transferred to Singapore and currently serves as Procurement Director in Leong Hup Singapore.

Phillip joined Leong Hup Singapore Pte Ltd in September 2021. Prior to joining the group, Mr Lim has been the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller and Corporate Secretary of listed companies and multinational companies from the healthcare, agriculture, oil & gas and steel industries. Phillip graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
