Roles And Responsibilities: Requirements:
Handle operational process of Leong Hup Freshmart, Shopee, Qoo10, FP Market Place and Redmart online platform accounts.
Manage all online platform daily from customer orders, delivery (third party), stock availability, customer services liaise within internal department (Ordering, Logistic, PPIC, Finance department) to ensure customer order deliver on time.
Working proactively on planning for monthly sales promo for all categories to drive company sales target and promo product visibilities in e-commerce stores.
Work with vendor and manage new product listing, product editing, content writing and etc throughout all online platforms to synergize all products assortment and content.
Work out customer royalty or retaining program to increase customer base in all online platforms 
Basic knowledge on using Canva software for simple design, proficient in using PowerPoint and Google form.
Assist on developing Product Catalogues by reformulate all products SKU by categories (pricing, weight and etc)
Assist on creating New Product Tasting evaluation form via Google form and create new QR code for each food tasting session. Submit evaluation report to management.
Assist on POSM design for in-store promotion for examples: Flyer, Corm Card, Poster and etc.
Monthly competitors tracking report for all online platforms and retails.
Managing company Social Media accounts for example Facebook and Instagram
Manage Company Corporate Presentation Slides, Welcome Guest Slides, Photo taking during VIP visit and print into copy.
Adhoc responsibilities assign from Line Manager time to time.
Manage price adjustment (new item, new customer, price changes and etc) by request from sales team using AX system.
Manage PR creation from sales team.
2-3 years of experience on handling E-commerce platform with proven result on sales increase.
2-3 years of Marketing experience in FMCG industry.
Knowledge on using Canva, PowerPoint and AX system.
Minimum a Diploma in relevant discipline.
Proactive and can-do attitude.
