| Roles And Responsibilities: | Requirements: |
| • Responsible for day-to-day visual inspection of food processing / finished goods to comply with the Company's required standard. • Conduct checks on production raw materials, production, chiller trucks • Responsible for compliance with the Company quality standards and procedures, customer specification and expectation and legal requirements • Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products / process and timely reporting to the Executive / Manager. • Guide and provide corrective actions to production leaders and crews, always strive for continuous improvement at the production area. • Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meets the required standards. • Checking and auditing on work processes and documents to ensure compliance • Ensure proper recording and documentation. • Assist in the implementation of FSSC 22,000, Halal and SFA certifications • Assist the QA Manager and QA Executive for Quality related matters. • Other ad-hoc duties as required. |
• Minimum a Diploma in quality assurance or manufacturing process, engineering or other relevant discipline • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing • Sound knowledge in FSSC 22,000, Halal and SFA certifications • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations • Able to work in chilly environment |
